Our throat spray is the same blend of herbs as our house blend Elderberry syrup, except steeped in bourbon to extract all the possible medicinal compounds from all the herbs, stabilize the bee pollen, and pull the full spectrum of healing plant properties from the Usnea lichen. 
It’s sweet to the taste, but definitely packs a throat soothing punch!
